REAP provides members legal representation for labor-related issues. For example, disciplinary issues, investigatory interviews, grievances, meet and confers, and filing formal complaints. Additionally, REAP offers a variety of educational opportunities to assist members in expanding their knowledge in the areas of employee rights, workplace harassment, workplace safety, and union negotiations, just to name a few.
